• Choose which products you want to subscribe to
• Set the frequency of delivery to every 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks
• Set the quantity of each item you want to be automatically sent out in each delivery
• Click ‘Add to cart’
• Your order is then added to your cart and you can either check out, continue shopping or subscribe to more products
• Once you check out, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription
• Should you need to make any changes to your subscription such as to cancel, make updates to the products or frequency or to update your address and billing details you can do so by logging in to your account

No, you can subscribe to just one product if you prefer.

No, our subscriptions are completely flexible. You can pause or cancel any time (prior to your subscription order being processed).

Yes, you can adjust your subscription any time (prior to your subscription being processed).

You sure can! Log in to your account and under the 'Billing Schedule' section you will see your delivery schedule. Here you can select a specific delivery and update the delivery date.

You can easily change the delivery address by logging into your account and selecting ‘Edit' beside the ‘Shipping' section. You can then edit your address and save.

You can update your billing information by logging into your account and selecting ‘Edit' beside the ‘Payment Method' section. You will then receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

You'll be charged when you place your first subscription order and based on the subscription frequency you have selected, you'll be billed every subscription cycle.

For orders within the UK, we aim to deliver within 2 to 4 working days. For orders being delivered overseas, delivery will be longer.
