At Delhicious, we do things differently. Our 60-day money back guarantee means you have a real window to put our Migh-tea Moisture Balm to the test. Use them consistently, give your skin the time it needs to respond, and if you're genuinely not happy with the results - we'll give you your money back.

How does it work?

Our 60-day money back guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:

1) Purchased directly from Delhicious

The guarantee applies to products bought on the Delhicious website only. If you purchased from a third-party retailer - online or in store - please contact them directly regarding their own returns policy.

2) First purchase of that product

The guarantee is intended for first-time buyers trying a product for the first time. Please start with a single item, patch test it, and then use it consistently over the 60-day period. We're unable to refund repeat purchases of the same product, multi-buys, or bundle offers.

3) Not purchased on subscription

Products ordered through our Subscribe & Save scheme are not covered by this guarantee. If you're trying a product for the first time, we recommend a one-off purchase first so you can be sure it's right for you before subscribing.

4) Not a jumbo product or purchased in a bundle

If you're using our guarantee to try something new, please opt for a regular 70g or 50g size rather than one of our larger formats. Refunds are not available on our largest sizes when purchased as a first-time trial.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.

How to make a claim

To keep the process fair for everyone, we ask all customers to follow the steps below. Claims that don't include the required evidence unfortunately cannot be processed:

  1. Check you're eligible: Before contacting us, make sure your purchase meets all the conditions listed in the Terms & Conditions: direct purchase, first-time buyer, standard size, and not on subscription or discounted bundle.
  2. Gather your evidence: We require the following with every claim to protect against fraudulent requests and ensure fairness to all customers: a clear photo of the used product, showing the container is at least half empty (proof of genuine use) and a photo of the product label showing the batch/lot number. Your original order confirmation email or order number and a brief description of what you tried, how long you used it, and why it didn't work for you.
  3. Email us within 60 days of your delivery date: Send everything to support@delhiciousbody.com with the subject line "60-Day Guarantee Claim – [Your Order Number]". Claims submitted after the 60-day window cannot be accepted.
  4. We'll review and respond within 1-2 working days: Our team will check your claim against the evidence provided and if approved, process your refund via the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been issued.

Further terms & conditions

We sincerely hope you love your balm and have given it a fair go before deciding to take up our guarantee. Please note that the 60 days begins from the first day of proof of delivery. All orders being redeemed for a guarantee refund must have a valid date of order from January 1st 2026. Any orders placed before this are not included in the guarantee. We reserve the right to ask for proof of purchase alongside images of your product in use with images of skin and application of product if relevant. This is to prevent any fraudulent claims. Refunds are limited to one per household. This guarantee applies only to the single Migh-tea Moisture Balm (50g/70g) and excludes any other Delhicious products.
