Top Tips for your Eczema Skincare Routine

Dermatologists say that excessive exposure to the sun can compromise the skin barrier, which is already compromised in people with eczema, and therefore lead to flare ups. Regularly using sunscreen can help prevent this from occurring. However, it is important to find a sunscreen that is for sensitive skin and does not contain any skin drying ingredients such as alcohol.
