1) What is your returns policy?

We always try our best to make sure that when you receive your Delhicious products, you are 100% satisfied. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return the product within 28 workings days, unused, unopened and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if items are in a non-saleable condition. 

Please return products by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to Unit 20, Lyon Park Avenue, Middlesex, HA0 4DR. We highly advise you to use a tracking service and retain your proof of postage. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return costs. Please ensure a telephone number and email address is provided should we need to contact you regarding your return. In addition, please include your order number with your return. 

Once we have processed your return our team will contact you by telephone or email. Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear in your account. 

2) I love my scrub but I received it damaged! What happens then?

Oh no! We'd hate for this to happen and in the unfortunate event that it does we'd happily refund or exchange the item as per our returns policy.

 3) I can't wait to receive my scrub! How much is postage and how long does it take to reach me?

We cover the cost, so postage and packaging is free! You can expect to receive it within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail.
