Is there a minimum subscription length?
Yes, you have to complete two subscription cycles before you can cancel or amend your subscription. For example, if you have subscribed to one Migh-Tea Moisture Balm every four weeks, you will get your original order followed by the subscription order after four weeks and then you are able to cancel the subscription.
How often can I get the products?
You can subscribe for deliveries either every 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks. You can also adjust the frequency after two subscription cycles.

Definitely! Once you've completed two subscription cycles, you can add or remove items from your subscription as well as update the frequency of your deliveries.
Can I update the delivery date for my subscription?
You sure can! Log in to your account and under the 'Billing Schedule' section you will see your delivery schedule. Here you can select a specific delivery and update the delivery date.

You can easily change the delivery address by logging into your account and selecting ‘Edit' beside the ‘Shipping' section. You can then edit your address and save.

When will you charge me?
You'll be charged when you place your first subscription order and based on the subscription frequency you have selected, you'll be billed every subscription cycle.
How long will delivery take?
For orders within the UK, we aim to deliver within 2 to 4 working days. For orders being delivered overseas, delivery will be longer.
